If you really can't wait try this APU system:

This can run terraria, not so sure about those other 2 games.

BUT!

if you can wait and save up, do so.

even a 300$ system can't run much

An APU is an Accelerated processor unit, it kinda combines CPU and GPU cores.

My PC is a fast boyo:

6700K - 32GB - 1080 - 256GB EVO

^^You don't need more info than this right?^^

Basically, any computer can run Terraria.

Your budget is a bit too low to play these sorta of games. Unless you have preexisting components such as a PSU or case from a previous build, I'd save until your budget can support a $600 minimum.

Oh wait your in Canada too? Man that list is in USD pricing. Yeah I gotta be honest you can't buy something new with 280 CAD. Try Kijiji... get an old system around 150-180 $ and but a decent GPU like a 1050 or a 750 ti

Yeah, I already have a HP computer lying around as well as random parts. 512 mb is only half a Gig of ram correct?

How would this build fair

Yes, 512mb of memory is half a GB, though I would have to assume it's DDR2, making it useless for newer chipsets.

Save your money until you can afford at least a $600 build. You will not get the performance you want out of anything in the $200-400 CAD price range. An FX-6300 is one of the worst performing budget CPUs you can get on the market, a modern-gen Pentium will outperform it in nearly every possible benchmark. The GT 1030 will not output stable framerates in SCP or Subnautica.
