Monitor Glitching

When I alt-tab out of games and sometimes randomly my screen starts to glitch shown in the pictures below. My monitor is the MSI OPTIX MAG241C 23.6". I have 144hz and free sync enabled.

Do you have a different gpu you can try? If no, try plugging the monitor cable into the motherboard. Does it glitch then?

Maybe try turning off FreeSync

That is a VRAM issue, Make sure your not OCing your video card.  If it continues to look like this then do a clean driver install with DDU, and if that doesn't work then you RMA it.
