Turning on Advanced Google Services in Google Docs Script Editor

Hello there. I made a script in Google Docs Script Editor, but you must enable the YouTube Data API to make it work. I want to share this with my friends, but they aren't very tech-savvy and I don't want them to have to turn everything on as it might be confusing. Is there a way I can make it enable those in the script itself? By the way, I'm really new to this and barely know what I'm doing. So yeah. Thanks!
