RAM clearance?

I have Corsair Vengeance pro Ram, will the CM Hyper T4 cpu cooler interfere witht the ram modules if I put the fan on opposite side. My mobo is Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0 if that makes any difference.

Here's an idea of what it would look like as far as clearance goes. It shouldn't be an issue.
