I was wondering, is there anything I need to do when replacing my Motherboard, software related. I am switching from an HP board to an MSI. Also, is there anything I need to do in the BIOS, such as setup or anything. I've never actually built a PC, but I think I have a good understanding. Will also be changing my Graphics card, and likely adding an NVME SSD.

Nothing in the BIOS, but it would be safe to run sysprep in Windows to clear out any drivers from your HP board.

New windows license, probably good idea to do fresh install but jayztwocents doesn't and it works for him

You will need to set your ram speed appropriately and also set your drive boot priority etc

@Crunchy Dragon Would I still need to use DDU for my graphics drivers if my current one is also AMD? Or can I leave it as is.

You don't need to do that, you're only changing your motherboard.

If you link your Microsoft account to Windows, you won't need this.

@Crunchy Dragon and to do that, all I need to do is to sign into my computer with my Microsoft info, or is there an option I need to select.

You need to into your settings I believe to link Microsoft to Windows.
