Sonic Radar in CS:GO with out ASUS!

So for a week now i am seeing everytime i open the CS:GO this thing which looks like a Sonic Radar from ASUS. I do not have any ASUS hardware. I have a laptop from MSI and everything inside is from MSI so i dont know if i have done something wrong but i dont how to remove this thing... Also i have the same radar kind of thing inside Battlefield 4 and World Of Tanks. If anyone knows how to remove that please comment down below because its really annoying and i can not play those games while a thing like that is in my screen. I mean i have searched all the settings inside every game and i cannot find anything that disables it. I also uninstalled some programs thinking that might solve the problem such as Nvidia GeForce and the games themselves but nothing happened, its still here.

Please HELP!

Uninstall MSI applications and see if that helps.
