Mother boared not working

Hello I have a 3770k and asus maximus v gene board .after i had formated the pc i oced to 4.3 on all cores. but I have previously mounted a fan in the case in the wrong orientation so I powered down to turn the fan around after doing that when i pressed the power switch on the case it didnt start just the mother board lights were on but the case fans or the cpu fan didnt start up. so I tried with removing the case power connectors and jumping the pins on the board same result. no power. so I took every thing out of the case . and removed the cpu from the board and tested it out on an intel dh77 board . I used the same psu , same cpu and 1 stick of ram and jumed it with screwdriver it boots. So please can some one help to explain what happed and how can I fix it.also I have tried removing the cmos batery and trying the reset the cmos with the switch on the back of the board

no visibly i dont see any bent pins the board was working fine a  minute ago but as soon as i turned off to re orient the case fan it didnt start . I didnt even touch any of the other things in case jut the fan and fan connector

check bios battery for charge, some MB wont boot if its dead. leave powered off for a good 15mins to 4hours to ensure clock settings are reset when jumping pins or removing battery

Check the board for blown capacitors.
