Headless vbox and CDPUserSvc_4741c sapping my system

After downloading some software, and then going to click taskmanager, It was disabled by administrator (I am administrator) Reenabled it by quickly editing registry, and then looked in there, and a  Headless vbox and CDPUserSvc_4741c were sapping the heck out of my system. Took down the virtualbox, but disabling the CDPUserSvc_4741c file is risky. Any help??
