Desktop Appraisal Assistence

My last pc in which Im looking to sell is a water cooled fx 9590 on the crosshair v formula z motherboard, 4x8 Gb DDr3 at 1600 Mhz, strix gtx 970, 240 Gb ssd and a 3tb hdd. The case is none to asthetically pleasing, with an acrylic side panel and 2x120mm fans and no rgb. Im not looking for a buyer at this moment, but rather a price I should shoot for in selling the build (I was thinking $300). In addition, I could include 1-3 ~18" monitors, and how much more could I sell the build for if I included them? Thanks, any opinions appreciated
