You really need to list what you're doing. That means games you want to play, resolution you want to play at. Things like that. The only thing I can really say without information, is that you should buy a better PSU with 650W, and why the hell are you getting a 2080 for 1080p?.

I wouldn't go changing the mouse, to be honest. Everyone has their own preferences and hand sizes so I personally think OP should be able to pic that.

NH-D15 is a good cooler and will allow him to oc really well plus its gonna be really quiet, id go with that, hes not doing a budget build.

there's nothing wrong with a higher quality psu. 650 watt wouldn't be a bad idea, but 550 is enough, that's it

Quick answer Yes a good PC by every metric.  So why suggest parts or ask about his use.  Could he build this for less than near $2300 maybe but he never asked if this was a good value build.
