MSI B350 Tomahawk $85 (Used)

ASRock B350 Pro 4 $93 (New)

ASRock B450 Pro 4 $100 (New)

Which one has the best power delivery or vrm (for overclocking purpose)? I heard that Tomahawk series from MSI has good vrm and considered as a mid range board while the Pro 4 series is considered as "best budget" board. Should I risk with an used hardware? Or should I stick with the Pro 4 instead? Pls help, thanks.

They look all pretty shit, though I'd get the B450 because it works with 2000 series out of the box and its more likely to get BIOS Updates quickly for Ryzen 3000 Series.
