bluetooth issue on macOS

Go to solution Solved by Ashleyyyy,

well i restored it form a time machine backup yesterday, and it's fine now...

if i enable bluetooth the menu bar icon immediately turns to the icon that shows that it is connected to something (226716927_Screenshot2019-02-05at12_50_06.png.d58c6969d33becf69c3df35e318adf0e.png) however it isn't connected to anything.

if i try to connect my Magic Mouse it will not connect. turning bluetooth off also takes a while.

this issue happens on a MacBook Pro 13" Mid-2012 running Mojave 10.14.3.

My Apple Watch connects to stuff automatically, so if you have one, you can check whether that's the culprit.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro
