Affordable cpu fan?

I am looking for an affordable cpu fan that’s black and won’t block my ram sticks like a lot of other fans will. Budget is around £50 and less for a cpu fan.

Scythe Mugen 5, or cryorig H7. the H7 should be 10 pounds cheaper, but performs worse. if you have a 8700k, a 2700x, or a 9700k/9900k a i7 xxxxK, etc, then I'd get a Mugen 5.

if you have a r5 2600, or a i5-8600k, then the H7 should be fine

I aint saying that I want a good cpu fan, Im looking for one that wont block the ram sticks as I am getting rgm ram sticks. Dont want something blocking them as it will block the colours. Is the hyper 212 size good that it wont block the ram stick?
