How many computers do you own?


Feel free to add photos of your setups. I'd like to see what kind of computers you have. Also add specs if you can!

 

I currently own 2 Laptops, and 4 desktops, and 1 server 

 

The two laptops are:

8GB 1333mhz RAM 

120GB Kingston SSD

15" Screen

Core i3 Dual core with Hyper-threading 

Windows 8

 

Late 2012 Macbook Pro Non-retina

16GB 1600MHz RAM

256GB Samsung 840 pro SSD

500GB WD Blue 5400RPM HDD In OWC DATA Doubler 

OSX 10.9 

The 4 Desktops are:

Compaq Deskpro 4000

64MB RAM

3GB HDD

Don't know the processor

Run Windows 98

AKA: The DOS box, It dual boots do DOS so when, i actually find time i can learn more of the CMD Prompt.

I use this as a Netflix machine. I paid $120 for it brand new. It's on a VESA mount on the back of my 32" HDTV.

Windows 7 Home. *I only put Home on it because well, i didn't want to put a lot of money into a system that barely gets used. all the parts were lying around.*

AMD 8320, 8GB RAM, R7 260X

Intel 3570k @ 4.6GHz, 16GB RAM, no GPU.

Intel 3770k, 32GB RAM, 2x AMD 7970

 

 

I encode around 30 - 40 videos per day so I needed more cores. Ive written a series of scripts to distribute the encode jobs between the sepperate computers.

3 currently, my gaming mashine (specs in the sig), my old gaming rig currently used by my mum, an old AM2 dualcore Athlon64 with 3GB DDR2 RAM and a HD4350 (didn't use that one for gaming, I had a 9600GT in there which I sold), probably getting her an upgrade this year. And lastly a cheapo netbook which isn't used at all.

I have two set up and working right now.

 

My main gaming rig you see in the signature and a second Pentium D machine running 3GB RAM and a GTS 250 for Netflix and internet in the lounge.
