Hello!

My mom is looking to upgrade her work setup from 1 monitor connected to her laptop to 3 monitors connected to a new laptop!

She's a translator so she uses multiple heavier text editing programs. So I was wondering what the best setup would be (monitors, laptop and hub for the monitors) but still being around 2000 USD/1200 pounds (I live in Denmark so some things might be a bit more expensive).

If its Dell, HP or Lenovo/IBM laptop, easiest way is to get dock and do it through that.

E: Or any other manufacturer with business line-up. Those have almost always docks as accessories.

Theoretically one should be able to daisy chain Display Port monitors. Simply find a notebook that supports 4 displays, likely one with a display adapter as well as the iGPU.

An alternative would be to use multiple USB display adapters. Would have to check the limitations of each to see about running three of them.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
