Adjust EQ Settings Per Program (Windows)

I'm looking for an app that lets me adjust the EQ settings outputted to me per program. For instance, my EQ settings while playing a game wouldn't be ideal for listening to music.

Can anyone help me find an app that does this?

If you really need EQ, use internal player's eq for music for example. Aimp or Foobar have decent eq settings. Then you can setup different eq for movies (inside some good video player like PotPlayer) etc.

 

It's not what you're asking for, but it's some kind of workaround that works. At least if you have no good amplifier and need complex digital sounds change.
