Forwarding based on DNS

TheDutchMC04

Hello,

Could anyone explain me how to do this, if it's possible:

I have 2 CNAME records, node1 and node2, Under the same domain, both pointing to IP x, they will both be using port 25565. How can I make it so that my router will forward anything coming from node1 to IP y and everything coming from node 2 to IP z?

Thanks
