VLC movie + sub failure

I have a movie , i insert the subs , i click convert / save , i hit play , wait till its done.

Result : no subs , no audio... ???

Why is that? Can someone help me cuz ive been assigned with this movie to be in subs but nothing works...

Hello Girvana, Try using other media player like K-lite codec then make sure the subtitle is in the .srt extension and rename the subtitle same as the movie. if there is no sound then try using other movies, if all of them doesn't have sound then try checking your Hardware/drivers, try to update it or disable then enable it again.
