Want to build an ITX gaming PC

-JB King-

Because I want to carry my gaming rig around more easily when needed so I choosed ITX. But I'm worried about the tremal problem. I don't know whether it will overheat. Here is my build(CPU and GPU are already being brought):

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700X

Motherboard: ASROCK B450 Gaming-ITX/ac

Memory: G.SKILL 8G*2 3000C16

GPU: iGame RTX2080Ti

CPU cooler: Cryorig C7 Graphene mod

Power supply: Corsair SF600

Case: no brand A4-SFX, slightly bigger than DAN v3, about 9.5L

Can this kind of case hold nearly 400W heat? If it can't, can someone recommend a light weight MATX case instead?

Where are you located? ambient temps need to be considered for something that small. My first ITX build is in a Fractal Design Node 202 and I'm still trying to figure out how to cool it most effectively.

I carry my Node 202 on planes (hand luggage) without issues. I have slightly OC'd R5 1600 (3.6GHz @ 1.25v) and a RX 580 (with 1 case fan installed beneath the GPU) got no problems with overheating unless ambient temperature is above 29C* (then the GPU overheats if under 100% load).

The last picture on my PcPP build page showcases the luggage im using to carry it around if you are interested: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/b/PgbXsY

(I do put a bit of foam (like 1cm * 1cm * 0.5cm) between the GPU backplate and the case when carrying it though).

Summer about 28-30℃ (aircon 26℃)

winter about 10℃

I even think about semiconductor cooling by blowing cool air in case...

With a tiny case, it's worth considering going for a blower style cooler on the GPU. You will lose some performance unless you crank up the fan to unreasonable levels, but you also won't have the GPU exhausting into the case nearly as much. If you're set on that GPU, you'll want to check if the case can handle a 2.5 slot GPU cooler, since the iGame 2080 Ti is slightly wider than the 2 back IO plates would suggest

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
