The CPU is getting hot or the cooler is getting too loud.

You've set the cooler to about 10% speed at 40C, then jump all the way to 70% speed at 50C -- that's a 60% jump in just 10C difference. The fix is simple: make the curve more gradual.

I set 60% at 40C, 70% to 50C and 80% 60C. The CPU is 44-45C. Can I improve it more? (after 5 mins it is now 42-55C, still on idle)

First of all, why do you obsess so much about what it is on idle? Even 60C is perfectly fine and okay, idle temps don't mean anything unless you're hitting 80C at idle. Secondly, have you adjusted your case-fans? They need to shuffle hot air out of the case and cooler air in; just pumping your CPU-cooler's fan higher and higher won't help, if the case-fans aren't doing their job.

My case fans are on 50% like the default settings. One intake and one exhaust. Intake is around 800 rpm and the exhaust 900 rmp.
