PC Building Simulator Window Shrinked

PC Building Simulator crashed the last time it was used and since then this happens when it is opened up. Tried re-installing but the same issue comes up over and over

PCBS v 0.9.3.4

The window is shrinked to only title bar showing up the three icons (- O X)

Also there is no window scaling icon to the side of the icon.

The image should make it clear....

Please help !
