If you are running in window mode this i known to happen due to the double rendering of the mouse with GDI/GDI+ and OGL/DX11-12 at the same time but usually not THAT noticeable. I would understand a 50 ms but 500 ms is excessive.

Since Overwatch is DX11 and an input is laggy then it could very well be directX issue. On DirectX games the inputs for the mouse and usually keyboard are handled by DirectX itself with a module called DirectInput. You should reinstall DirectX and see if it fix the input lag. Note that DirectX CANNOT be uninstalled but it can be repaired. You can grab DirectX installer from Microsoft website and when installing it should only show the option to repair and then retry the game.

Btw the delay time changes, ranging from 50 to 500ms at most. Most the time it’s aroud like 70ms

i will try to reinstall DX thx a lot
