Dual Monitor setup (144hz, 60hz), problems with 60hz losing frames in 60fps videos.

Hi, guys, I have a problem with mine dual monitor setup (main 144, secondary 60hz). The problem is that when I play a YT or Twitch video in 60fps on my secondary monitor it always losing frames kinda like 3-10 per second, but when I will move that tab with the same video to my main monitor it will stop losing frames and it is buttery smooth. I tried secondary to iGPU but same results. Could someone help me with this problem? Thx for reply.
