Help with my dell 7559 4k version

Hi ltt members and admin.

I need help with my laptop screen 

Recently I bought a 120hz panel for my laptop which is 30 pin and I didn't read the 4k laptop comes with the 40 pin because its touch screen.

I have been searching on the web and didn't found info about if will work or not if I buy a 40 pin to 30 pin converter for my new panel.

The reason its because i live in Panama and i can't return the panel for the shipping reason it will cost me a lot of money to ship back to USA.

I will appreciate all the help here thx.
