How is this build for a PC that can be used for normal home use, maybe very light editing/rendering, and very light gaming with some non-intensive games such as CSGO and League. I might stretch some overclocking on CPU and Memory since this is an APU Build.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G 4C/8T 3.6Ghz RX Vega 11 APU (Best APU on market in performance and value; like 750 Ti and GT 1030)- $149.99

GPU: Obviously RX Vega 11 Integrated Graphics

MOBO: GIGABYTE B450M-DS3H (Obviously not the highest end but is capable of overclocking on the 65W TDP Chip and has 4 DIMM slots)- $75.99

RAM: ADATA GAMMIXX D10 (2x4) 8GB DDR4 2666 (Good for budget gaming and normal use, will overlock for Ryzen optimization)- $49.99

Cooler: Cryorig M9a (Budget tower cooler but can handle a little bit of OC)- $24.99

PSU: EVGA 450BR 80+Bronze (80+Bronze and enough for system)- $29.99

SSD: Inland 480GB SSD (Good for boot and some games+storage)- $49.99

Case: Not decided.- Under $20 though

You'll be just fine with that setup. I'm using that motherboard and a 2200G in another build without any issues. Getting a little over 70 fps in CSGO so you should be perfectly fine.
