Google Drive not Downloading

So I'm trying to download some files in folder from google drive. Its some roms that I came across, but it just remains on zipping file. It gets to about 25% (it a circular representation so I can't say for sure), then stops. I've tried Chrome, Opera, and Edge, but none have worked.

How's your internet?
Perhaps try downloading a smaller quantity of them. One of the files could be incomplete & causing an unforeseen error or 1 file is exceptionally large.

When I upload to drive, I zip everything before uploading to save space & never have a problem as it's already zipped.
