LIGHT screen desktop recorder?

I was looking for a program to screen record several benchmarks, so I kinda need one that takes almost no CPU usage if possible :3

That's out of the budget nowdays and it's for a secondary use. I think that I would use my videocamera to do the cpu demanding  part

If you have a recent Nvidia GPU you can turn on desktop capture with ShadowPlay, it will still have a small impact, maybe 5% or so.

The default Nvidia game recorder is actually pretty decent. Can record 1080 60fps with little hit. Not sure it will work with just the desktop though. If you are really on a budget you may look at recording the screen with a external camera or something....

The PC that I'm testing now has a Vega64
