Faceplam.. you need disconnect the wire and remove the screw that is holding the card in place...

You need to take the motherboard out mount the backplate and then put the motherboard back in. and it will fit.

install the cooler with the motherboard outside of the case.

Dude, just disassmble everything, take out the mainboard and mount the backplate according to the manual. This isn't rocket science, a little bit of common sense is enough. If you're not comfortable with it, take it to someone who is or send back the cooler. There's nothing else to say here. You don't have an issue with compatibility, just with lack of know how. 

 

P.S.: The thread title is there to give initial information about your topic/issue/problem/question. "help me please" is not helpful for anyone on a forum.
