Hello, I have R9 380x Nitro OC edition (sapphire) and the card is at 55% fan speed and I entered the game Hunt: Showdown settings are low-medium and my GPU is at 77-80C while just entered the game, now I increased fan speed from 55% to 70% and its loud af but temperature is 76C, how can I decrease temp?? And my CPU is overclocked, does that make it run more hot?

Should try that, iirc it was around 2015 when they launched and I generally dont like factory thermal pastes. Overall 80C is not high for a GPU, The R9 390x is, dont quote me, but I think rated up to 95C. Fermi cards e.g. would go way hotter and that was considered normal. So yeah you can expect temps between ~70-85 and it's completely normal. Maybe check if the airflow in your case sucks balls or if the fans are blocked by anything.
