Slow video upload PS4

Hi everyone. This is my first post here

 

I have a 80/70 Mbps internet speed and when I download a game on my PS4 it works fine downloading around 10MegaBytes per second

 

But when I upload a video from my PS4 to youtube it uploads about 2.5MegaBytes per second which is weird since the upload speed is 70Mbps and it even shows on the PS4 connection test

 

No problems streaming to Twitch from my PS4 at 720p 60fps

 

My PS4 is connected via ethernet, Static IP, I forward the required ports and using Google's DNS

 

Anyone knows how to get the real upload speed for the PS4 video uploads? Is there such thing as speed and duplex on PS4 and how do I change it?
