Raise the power limit, increase core clock and memory clock, and try undervolting. 

 

Search Google to find what reasonable overclocks are possible and start lower than those. Slowly increase one setting at a time and run some type of benchmark/stress test each time to see if it's ok. If it doesn't crash, adjust it higher or start on another setting, go back and forth. If it crashes, bring whichever setting you adjusted back down a notch and run again to confirm. It's important to adjust one setting at a time each time you test so that you know what goes wrong without needing to start over. 

 

Not everyone can achieve the same overclock. Keep working it until you get the best score in whichever benchmark program you like the most. I use Superposition by Uningine and 3dMark. I use Furmark for quick stress tests.
