Help with computer case

I am building a computercase and want it to be usable for 140mm and 120mm fan. I have searched, but found nothing (may not know the correct keywords). I know that most cases have cutouts for most sizes of radiators and fans. Anybody got a clue of where to find something like that?

do you already have the fans, or are you planning on getting something? and do you need help with it?

The closest template to fan bracket measurements I could find doing a quick research was.

If you are designing your own case, you can take those measurements from the template and overlay them thereby marking drill holes that fit 120 and 140mm fans.
