Hi all,

 

I am using a Hikvision security system model(DS-7604NI-E1 / 4P/A).  I have been trying to get my device setup so I am able to view it over the internet but I am having no luck.  I'm trying to run it through the ezviz website which I believe will allow me to gain access however my device always displays offline.  I am able to ping the device from my router and login into it remotely over the local connection.  I have attached a PDF file to show which settings I have chosen to configure my DVR with so if someone is able to see what I am doing wrong they can correct me to help fix this problem.

Have you considered the possibility of a network level firewall possibly blocking the device.

No I have finally just worked it out.  Typical.  Only took me 4 days to work out the problem lol thanks for the help anyways
