Blue screen after installing HDD

So I decided to install my old hard drive into my computer to get some stuff from it, but after a while my PC just blue screened and the sound froze, it wasnt the blue screen where it says something like "windows has encountered an error" it was just a blank blue screen, my main drive is an 860 evo
