ER-lite3 SLOW SPEEDS!

I just bought a used ER-LITE From what I think is network Engineer for $50. He said it was in perfect condition. 

 

But when I got it all set up I'm only getting 25megabits down, on gigabit. 

 

Direct to my X6S without the Edge router I get 890-980. 

 

PLS HELP!

Is QOS enabled? 

 

Did you set it up yourself or did it come pre-configured? 

 

You should probably factory reset it, and then the only thing you need to do to get it up and running is creating a DHCP pool. 

First port is WAN, second port is one network, third port is another separate network. Should plug your Modem into port one, and then a switch to port two and leave port 3 off/disabled in the settings.

Figured it out. ATTs modem is junk. They are sending me a new one.
