Help Needed choosing GPU

Need advice/recommendation for graphics card for simple design work not CAD i am talking Visual design, Adobe CC (PS, Illustrator & InDesign) with LightRoom, AE with some light video editing and heavy UI design, (Node Pro), what cards should be okay for an Intel NUC hackingtosh with an external GPU case, and good AMD cards i should look out for?

I was going to suggest some nVidia card because of CUDA, but if the applications you're using do not support CUDA that might be pointless.

But if Nvidia cards aren't supported on your Hackintosh (newer Macs use AMD?), some Radeon might be the way to go.

Yep. I've got a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580. Amazing card and it looks great.

I need help too I want to get 40fps @ 1440p but my cpu is Pentium gold g5400 and it will bottleneck any ideas other than upgrade cpu?
