As in the picture one of my 2 200mm intake fans on my H500M has stopped working. Initially both stopped working but when I unplugged the bottom one from the splitter the top stated working again. What ever I do when I plug the bottom fan it stops the top from spinning. I even tried plugging the bottom one direct to the MB but nothing happens.  the case is 2 weeks old ?

Well if you tried connecting it individually and it does not work, then i guess the fan is dead, defective...

Well got in touch with Box.co.uk who supplied the case and they want the whole case back. 2 hours to put together for a £16 fan. Told em I'd send em the fan but they were adamant they needed the whole thing.

Absolute nobs know full well it's not worth the time and effort disassembling and reassembling the PC.

I have reached out to Coolermaster but they don't make it easy with their ticket system broken.

For now iv put the black 140mm I had spare from the exhaust on the front with the other RGB 200mm one....which looks nice ?

And to top it off iv had a peek in Coolermasters spare parts store and the fan I need is out of stock.

They(Box.co) want the whole case so they can send it back to CoolerMaster for a Replacement or money back, just how it works.  Better go buy more fans and spares Incase but I would RMA it.
