User Game Settings

So on Fortnite I limited my fps and set graphics settings for the game to always default to by accessing the UserGameSettings in AppData and making it read-only. Now that I have noticed some mistakes, I want to make new settings but I can't find the file anymore. I even reinstalled the game and that did not work. Now, it always defaults to those certain settings. Can anyone help?
