Basically, on wifi I get 210megabits/s download with my virgin media router. However, I got a bt homespot 600 extender recently and I have that plugged into the router with the ethernet cable it came with (i think it's a cat 5e) and upstairs i got a ethernet cable going from my other one to the PC (cat 5e) and they're plugged directly into the wall sockets, and they supposedly work by sending the internet through the wall sockets so yeah. And I only get 80megabits/s download, but same upload. Any tips on how to make it better? The internet is still good but it's just the fact I could be getting a lot better internet than I am right now.

I have never tested speeds with those through electrical line sender/receivers, but is it to late to get a Wifi mesh setup?

I have had fantastic results with google Wifi in multiple different places. Obviously if you already have money invested in this option it may be to late to try something else, but mesh Wifi could be a fantastic solution.

ngl mate, I have no idea how to do that, and I'm 14 so if its expensive its not a solution for me, but still you got any tips if I was going to create

mesh Wifi?

You have to buy a mesh setup, nothing you can really do yourself... Asus does have a way to add mesh to their routers, but once again that takes an investment if you don’t already have their routers.

You have a power line adapter. They are very sensitive to piss poor wiring and EMI. If your wiring is older than it wont work well, if you have a device/machine on the same circuit that has a heavy draw or just produces interference it will cause issues. Power line adapters rarely get fast speeds, most of the time they are slower but can be more reliable than WiFi if you have a busy airwaves. Also keep in mind if the outlets are not on the same circuit, going thru breakers WILL cause interference thus speed loss, going between phases cause interference as well and that equals to loss in performance, so really there is not much you can do.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
