I saw the LTT demonstration on the whole Shadow.tech streaming set up and I figured that was a pretty cool set up and it might be a pretty good way to game on some older hardware i have. Signed up and I don't think I've had too many companies do worse on the tech support experience. They sent an email every day just to say "they're working on getting my shadow set up." It's set up and the audio doesn't work. Regardless of app, device, or connection type, there's audio drop outs every few seconds.

 

So far they took a day to get back to me for every response on the ticket and right now they've kinda gone silent. It's been I think 2-3 days since I last heard from them. So far their general answer has been "must be something on your end," despite having 70 megabits download, setting all their apps to their lowest bandwidth setting (or their highest, I tried both), trying every option in the apps to reduce or improve quality, updating every driver I can, using a hard wired connection, etc.

Anyone else have an experience like this? Or have any ideas on how to make this work?
