Not booting

Hello my system is:

Gigabyte Gt 1030

AMD 4300

8gb patriot ddr3 ram

Cybertronpc 500watt psu

Msi 760gma-p34 (fx)

Toshiba 1tb HDD

And I have been using the PC just fine for the past year and a half

Problem:

When I turn on PC it only boots to windows logo and has a constant beep and AMI bios does not show what a constant beep means, so could anyone help me out?
