Windows Spotlight Start-up

Hi everyone,

i want to use the Windows Spotlight background and the weather app on my start up screen. But that stupid s**t doesnt want to work, i tried everything on google.

The weird thing is that if i lock the screen after i logged in, i can see the spotlight wallpaper and the weather information. When i sign out on the other hand its still the same pic without the weather info.

Would appreciate any feedback.

Hope my grammar is okey, english is my 3rd language so excuse my mistakes. :)
