Having a difficult time installing CPU fan

Go to solution Solved by Skiiwee29,

Best way is to apply a little downward force until it reaches the backplate and starts screwing down. Once you have all 4 started, then do the cris cross pattern of tightening them all down.

How are you tightening it down? Cross pattern? 2 turns at a time? If not, you should try it.

What part is the issue?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Alright I finally got it well most of them will it be ok if on screw wasn’t able to be screwed in because it was a bit off the hole but the rest are screwed in

That means it wasn't screwed in properly. All 4 screws must be in properly.

Yea, it needs a bit of force on top of the cooler to get one screw started a bit, then go over to the opposite side (so cross pattern, as other mentioned) and screw that one in a bit.

These coolers work quite well, but are a bit of a pain to install.
