The intel graphics can drive a fair bit. What games are you looking at?

 

I played through all of the Witcher 2 on my i5 7200u on my xps, constantly play two point hospital and others without problem

Tried Playing Witcher 3 and Assasin's creed odyssey and origins but it lags

Well yeah, those newer(ish) AAA games are going to be tougher to run. 

 

For AAA games you'll want like <2012 ish, then lower spec games like rocket league or diablo you'll be fine

You probably can to an extent. Low settings, lower resolution

Not really. They're not designed for gaming.

If you wanted to game, theres laptops out there with dedicated gpus
