Dear everyone, since ram prices are varying right now (in a better/cheape way), I was wondering if these sticks of ram are good or not for their price https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B016BWEQYG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&psc=1. Since 32 gigs is overkill for my system, I wanna use 2 sticks in another system so 2 x 8 in one and the rest in the other. I think the Mhz doesn't matter, cuz I'm planning for a ryzen 5 2600 with a b450 mobo with a rx 580. Just some casual gaming. The second i still have to plan.

Thanks in advance.

Speed does matter, Ryzen benefits well 3000mhz+ memory. I wouldnt get that kit to pair with a 2600.

Unless you need the extra 16gb, buying just 2x8gb of faster memory for far less money is going to get better performance with Ryzen. You can skip through these videos and see the results and how much they can also vary depending on game and overall hardware, obviously it won't hold back a RX 580 anywhere near it would a 1080ti.

I would just start out with a faster set of 16gb and if you need more, just buy another 2x8gb.
