PC Wont Boot

hey all,

recently my pc is acting strangely.  A few days ago my pc did not want to boot up (no signal in display monitor), I removed the motherboard battery, removed RAM sticks and still no post in order to make it boot again i had to take the screwdriver touch the jumper and remove the 1 ram stick out, after a successful boot i shut it down put the second RAM stick back in and boot it up again and it was all good until today the same thing happend again and it got fixed with the same procedure.

 

what could it be? faulty ram sticks? i have this pc for a long time and never had such issues i really dont know why it acts like that now

 

specs: i5 6600k z271 gigabyte motherboard, ripjaws v 2400mhz rams 16gb

 

extra info:

when i try to boot it up everything lights up except the mouse and keyboard (sometimes) then it shuts down for 2-3 seconds and al lights light up again and i get no signal in screen

via bios no.. i have the gigabyte software running  at 4.3 or 4.4ghz nothing special and i had this over a year or so with no issue
