Good deal

So I have a Ryzen 5 2600X paired with a Superclocked 970 but I feel like the system will become obsolete for 1080p in 3 years. So I want to try to sell my 970 for $100-110 and get a different card. Would a GTX 980 Ti FTW ACX 2.0 Graphics Card w/Backplate for about $180-190 be a good deal?

Why not just wait a few years and pick up a used 1080 or 2000 series card when you actually need to upgrade. Heck, AMD should have new cards out long before then as well, so there should be more budget options to choose from.
