First build

Go to solution Solved by YaBoiWill,

whatever you do, DO NOT, and I cannot stress this enough, follow the verges PC guide.
If you haven't seen it, don't, death entails.

Its possibly the worst advice I have ever seen been dished out.

Actually go watch it to see how not to do it, but only after building your PC

I’m building my first rig for my birthday in a few days. I was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to do it, and specially how to connect everything and download the drivers. Thanks!

Pretty wide array you're looking for.

Theres plenty of beginners building videos, paulshardware has a really great one for post build and windows/software set up.

Wayback machine to the rescue. Pretty sure others will have copied it and posted it somewhere (hopefully because its a laugh to watch)

So....

Probs against all of the guidelines of the forum as its basically a pirated video, but, here it is.

I still cant get past the thermal paste bit.
