PC Randomly restarts

hello everyone Reckzo here i need some help my PC Randomly restarts even when i'm not using it like i just started my PC and opened up my browser and it restarts i think it might be the PSU or it could be overheating which i doubt cause it sometimes restarts seconds after starting up the pc but i'm not sure, any help would be much appreciated thank you.

 

My Specs:

CPU: Intel core i3-4170 3.7GHz

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti Windforce X2 OC 2GB Edition

Ram: 8GB 1333MHz

PSU: Cooler Master B700 Ver. 2

Storage: 1x 500GB WD Blue 1x 500GB Seagate

Mother Board: Foxconn H81MXV 2.0

CPU Cooler: stock Intel cooler (i'm gonna get the Cooler Master Hyper 212)

Cooling system: 1x front mounted 120mm fan 1x rear mounted 120mm fan 1x side mounted 80mm fan

1) Are u having stable power input? Like there are any house voltage fluctuations?

2) Random self start can sometimes happen due to Windows update.

3)PSU working fine?

4)try Checking for loose connections inside PC, like PSU to Mobo to GPU , everything

stable power input yes

my windows is up to date

my PSU is working but i don't have a multimeter to test if the voltage output is correct

and i did check for loose connections inside my PC but i found nothing

 

and already i did turn off Automatically restart in startup and recovery settings

well i don't think it could be a virus cause i just put in a new hard drive with a clean windows 10 install on it and it still restarted

well then, assuming ur internal wiring in the wall plug and Power supply cables are good...
CPU might be dying

Motherboard might be dying
Thermal paste might be dry

On/OFF switch is faulty 

PSU malfunctioning

last but not the least,

YOUR COMPUTER IS POSSESSED

RAGNES7 thank you so much for all the help but i took out all the PC components and gave the entire thing and all the components a good clean and put new thermal paste on my CPU and now everything is working

So it was the dust built up and the dried up Thermal paste :D

Glad to hear it's not possessed by anything other than dust bunnies
