Hey guys i really need help with waht headphones I should buy for myself.I am looking for a gaming headset that can be used for something else, kinda like no compromises and not like the ones with crappy mids and WAY too much base, and also a good mic. I really know nothing about it and want to hear waht other people think!

My budget is at 250 ish max.

I dont think i need a sound card because my onboard is the SupremeFX from ASUS. (forgive me if im wrong)

I have been looking around and found the Audio Technica ATH-AG1 but I dont know if I should get it

Yes, but the Mod Mic is less in the way. Unless you are recording and need very good audio. Just get the ModMic

The point of microphones is to sound good...

Sometimes, it needs to be reasonably. If you are just talking to friends, if they can understand you without trouble they will be fine. Unless making videos or streaming or something else that needs a VERY good mic, then get the snowball, if not get the ModMic. It too has very good sound quality

The thing is the size of a bouncy ball, and sounds WAYYYYY better than the ModMic. I think he would like better sound quality, and he said that he was fine with a desktop mic.
